Sorry, it is in german. I don't remember the origin of the datas

First flight : Spring 1969 (start of project)

In 1969, the company Airmark Ltd. was founded in London, and they received the exclusive construction rights for the racing aircraft Storey T.S.R.3 (T. Storey Racer 3). Directors of the company were D. Hood, K. Platt and T. M. Storey, and they wanted to introduce air races in Great Britain analogous to the American Formula 1. For this purpose, they also built three Cassutt I aircraft as Airmark Cassutt 111M under license.

In the spring of 1969, the design of a two-engine, six-seater transport aircraft was also announced.

The Airmark AM 21 was the first in-house development of this company. The machine had a similar appearance to the Dornier Do 28 Skyservant, but was slightly smaller and had supported wings.

However, it remained with the project planning, since the company went bankrupt in 1972.

can anyone confirm on this ?.
As you can see from my translation from the German text, Tom Storey, who was one of the three directors of Airmark, had previously been involved with a project known as the Tom Storey Racer 3 or T.S.R.3. His background prior to the forming of Airmark was in being involved in the rebuild of Alex Henshaw's Mew Gull G-AEXF along with Martin Barraclough. This probably reinforced his love of Air Racing, leading to the decision to design and build the T.S.R.3 which apparently still exists. Following the formation of Airmark with his two co directors, as well as the AM.21, the company also took on license building of a small number of Cassutt Racer 1 aircraft. These license built aircraft were given the designation Airmark Cassutt IIIM, possibly as a nod to Tom Storey's earlier T.S.R.3.
