Germany set to become first international site for ATACMS missile production

Lockheed Martin and Rheinmetall have signed an agreement to co-produce the U.S. Army Tactical Missile System (ATACMS) at Rheinmetall’s Unterlüß site in northern Germany, marking the first time the ballistic missile is set to be manufactured outside the United States.
Rheinmetall estimates is annual European and Ukrainian demand of 600 to 800 ATACMS units.

Not sure what utility M26 rockets are going to have…

Grid square removal is still a useful function from time to time.

The real question is that they're going to do with 47,000 8-inch artillery shells, unless they've figured out a way to rebore Soviet 203mm guns to fire them.

Probably for VBIED use. Seems like they're dumping the old stock.

Exactly; they shoot them out of Pion.

644 DPICM bomblets.

Over a very short range.

Perhaps they have a use for the bomblets in other applications, or perhaps the rocket motors, but I would not think a 30 km range survivable for Himars against anything but the most front line targets.

ETA: on the other hand the Turks were probably giving those away; they would have to be near the end of their shelf life.

Did the U.S. never supply Ukraine with M26? I believe there are a shitload in storage; I believe that is what ground launched SDB was built from.

Possibly but I still see BM-21s out there.

The bomblets can be taken from the shells and used as air-droppable munitions or warheads for drones.
