XQ-06
Any details?

Design by Kartal Savunma Teknolojileri, a small startup company based in Ankara.

XQ-06 "Fi", according to the handout distributed during the show:

MTOW: 3,500gr
Payload: 750gr or 50 - 500gr plastic explosive
Speed: 75 - 125 km/hr
Max Altitude: 4,600m above sea level
Endurance: 15min max
Wing span: 1.5m
Comms range: 12km, AES128

Company plans to get the system to the market by 2017.

No Information Regarding this model, which appears to be ramjet powered. Picture taken at Turkey's scientific defence institute (Tubitak SAGE), mostly credited with developing several missiles and warhead such as SOM cruise missile and various bunker busting munitions.

I wonder what it is based on? OTOMAT? Exocet? Harpoon? One of the Russian missiles?

Harpoon, most likely. Interesting to note, that there are no similarity with turkish SOM air-launched cruise missile, which is a bit strange; adapting the existing missile to shipborne launch seems like more promising course of action.

Medium Range Anti-Ship missile (seen behind) being developed by Roketsan/Tubitak/TEI, expected to replace AGM-119 and possibly early variant of Exocet Missiles.

Some Specs given of the missile and propulsion;
Engine Type - TEI-TJ300 Turbo Jet
Engine Thrust - 1.3kn
Missile Weight - 300kg
Missile Length - 3.20m
Missile Seeker - IIR

Potentially none of them, the Turks have a pretty substantial technological base and are not scared of throwing a lot of cash at R&D so no reason why it's not a clean slate weapon (or at the very least a -let's not re-invent the wheel but take the best concepts from a variety of sources)

SOM could have been adapted to be Ship-borne launched, however that would have required substantial refitting of bulky canisters much like JSM - some ships, particularly Fast Attack Crafts do not have much luxury to spare deck space. So, Atmaca was developed to have similar footprint as Harpoons.
There is ongoing development of Block II variant of Atmaca to be equipped with Dual Mode RF/IIR seekers and be subsurface launched from 533mm torpedo tubes.

Essentially Harpoons UGM-84 and RGM-84 will be phased out of Turkish inventory and replaced with Atmaca Block I and Block II.

Gezgin (translated -Traveler) missile is currently in development by Tubitak Sage. It is a land attack cruise missile with reported range of 800km.

Being kept from public currently, believed by Turkish Defence enthusiasts to be under blue tarp with arrow point at it.

To further add from the picture above, it is from press event showcasing development of SARB-83. SARB-83 is developed to mimic aerodynamic properties of MK83 general purpose bomb, allowing for various bolt on precision kits to be equipped. SARB-83 is, as can be seen in the picture, a two stage penetrator bomb utilising initial shaped charge to create an opening for the follow on warhead to push through. This type of bomb removes some of the speed envelopes required for successful penetration, allowing slower planes (UCAV) to conduct successful bunker busting operations.

The AKYA heavyweight torpedo (HWT) will reportedly have a length of 7 m and diameter of 533 mm. The HWT will weigh 1.2 tons and have a range of 15 km at a cruising speed of 40 knots. It will rely on a fiber-optic wire-guidance system alongside active and passive acoustic sonars.
