However... these pictures from the wind tunnel (by TSAGI) are not "current".
However what exactly? This is quite old generic in-house TsAGI WT model. It _probably_ has its roots in MiG '602' fighter studies from late 90s.

Flateric , Wont be surprised if Mig-41 replacement for Mig-31 has closes resemblance to Mig 602
 
1. It is not clear which OKB within the UAC combat aircraft division is working on the PAK DP.
2. If the PAK DP's maximum speed is to approach Mach 3 and its cruising speed is to exceed Mach 2, it is unlikely to be a tailless design with regard to maintaining directional stability at such speeds.
3. Mikoyan has officially released the design of the Aircraft 602. They have not released the design of the E-721 because, unlike the Aircraft 602, they still have some intentions with this project.
 
Flateric , Any information if RuAF is intending to continue with PAK-DP project and any time lines for the same ? Thank you
