I fixed it Zizi,

anther designer,Mr. Sándor Svachulay,from 1898 up to 1907 he made a
glider followed by a numbers of airplanes and helicopters, all failed but
he continued by Kolibri I,it was amphibian aircraft,in 1911 appeared the
Albatros I,II & III,a single seat gull-wing monoplanes,during 1913 he
created the Kolibri IV with nose-wheel and 35 hp engine.

Hi,

Mr. Aladár Zsélyi designed an idea for a 30 hp seaplane in 1909,followed by a 34-passenger
monoplane Project of 1912,,in 1910 he built the Zsélyi-I monoplane powered by one 30 hp
engine,Zsélyi-II & Zsélyi-III came after,but they are not successful.

Hi,

the Nieuschloss-Sichtig Aerplane Works and its designers,Mr. Bela Oravecs and
Mr. George Szebeny, created two airplanes, one was side-by-side two-seat and the
other was tandem two-seat,both were a monoplanes and intended for training,
that was done in 1923.

Bánhidy Antal designer created those airplanes;

- Csikó was a two-seat aerobatic trainer monoplane, powered by one 140 hp Siemens SH-14 engine.

- Bogár was a single-seat light airplane,powered by one 40 hp engine.

Also for Bánhídi Antal

- Paprika was a single seat aerobatic airplane, powered by one 240 hp Titan engine.

- kétüléses was a two-seat school trainer airplane Project,no other details are known.

Hi,

Mr. Fábián András designed Levente I and Levente II,they were a two-seat school trainer
parasol wing monoplanes, powered by one 105 hp Hirth HM 504 A2 engine.

Hi,

the Fábián András Honvéd was a low-wing twin engined four-seat cargo and multi-role light
monoplane of 1942,powered by two 105 hp Hirth HM-504 A-2 engines.

A three-view arrangement of the Csikó trainer with radial engine (the name means "colt" or "foal").
Also a heavily retouched photo of the Csikó with an inline engine and different landing gear, suggesting an earlier version.

The pilots are Antal Bánhídi and Tibor Bisits (please note that in Hungarian the family name is given first, as in Japanese for instance).

So after all, the second airplane was not a version of the first, it was a different type: the Gerle (which translates as "dove").
Just found this other picture of the same airplane as in my second photo: it was called the Gerle 13 and performed a historical flight.

The Wikipedia page on the Gerle 13 provides basic but interesting info:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/B%C3%A1nhidi_Gerle

This Hungarian language page provide a lot of info on the Gerle 13, and also photos of previous Gerle versions:
https://tortenelem.444.hu/2017/07/25/gerle-13-sport-tura-es-propaganda-repulogep

There is even an entire book on the Gerle 13 exploit online, but it's in Hungarian!

Hi,

Pioneering glider project. Poland / Austria-Hungary,

The glider design developed by Kazimierz Krulisz took second place in the ZASPL Glider Models Competition, which was decided on February 25, 1913. The first prize in the competition was won by the members of ZASPL, brothers Tadeusz and Eng. Władysław Florjański.

Hi,

Mr. Fábián András designed Levente I and Levente II,they were a two-seat school trainer
parasol wing monoplanes, powered by one 105 hp Hirth HM 504 A2 engine.
About 10 years ago, I was working on the tech help desk for Van's Aircraft when I got a rather different call. In accented but understandable English, a Mr. Andras Fabian was looking for some small part that would help them build a replica Hungarian aircraft. What aircraft would that be? I asked, thinking that I had a good chance of knowing it .. after all, I was one of the know-it-alls on aircraft types in my little circle. A Levente II, Mr. Fabian replied.

I'd never heard of it.

Naturally, as soon as I hung up the phone I climbed on Google and found a neat little parasol wing tandem-seat trainer with a Hirth in-line engine. Designer, in the late 30's, one Andras Fabian. Wait a minute...

Well, the Mr. Fabian I spoke with was not the designer -- but was a great-nephew IIRC.

He was kind enough to send me photos of the new-build Levente. I was very impressed with the craftsmanship. After years of painstaking work it flew three or four years ago -- a brand new Levente II with a Hirth engine. I had dreams of taking a trip to Hungary to see it and write a magazine article on the project, but health, COVID, politics and finances have conspired to keep that from happening.

Nice Story Kenev6,

and my pleasure to see it now.

Further to this, I noticed that an entry in Janes ATW 1913 for this aircraft gives a description of the aircraft pictured as an aviette. A Hungarian site credits him with early use of steel tubular structures for aircraft. Also, the Némethy Equation was one of the first mathematical means of calculating with precision the mass-lifting capability of aeroplanes.

Hi,

this designer make me confuse,Árpád Lampich, after his early series "L" to MSrE company, may he left it because his two designs were not related to its designation, the NL.XXI & NL.XXII,was that right ?.

Mr. Lampich left the company and went to Austria;

The first aircraft in the framework of the MSRE was L1 Mama's favorite, designed by Árpád Lampich, and the 12 HP engine by Péter Thorotzkai. The next aircraft, the L2 Rome, flew three world records in its category. After Rome, L4 Bohóc was built. This biplane, made of wood, was also suitable for aerobatics. Árpád Lampich, the talented and successful designer, took part in the design and production of the BL 5 and BL 6 aircraft, but then he continued to work in Austria, where, e.g. he designed the LN-XXI and LN-XXII types of sleek biplanes. Lajos Rotter, who started with MSRE, but started an independent business, founded FEIRO with the Feigl brothers. By 1924, the small passenger plane FEIRO I was ready, a significant innovation was a solution suitable for equalizing the steering force. In the next step, a more powerful engine was built into the aircraft, thus the FEIRO Crane was born. The FEIRO Dongó two-person training aircraft did not receive a government order due to its relatively weak engine. With this, the activities of the company FEIRO ceased. Lajos Rotter reappeared with the glider named Karakán (1933), with this plane they flew for the first time in Hungary over a distance of more than 50 km. He designed the next glider together with Zoltán Janka - it became the Vándor. The glider named Nemere was completed in 1936, with which Lajos Rotter won the Olympic championship with a world record flight in Berlin.

Hi,

Sándor Sándor Svachulay, a master locksmith, conducted model experiments as early as 1891. Large he built a number of his capable models of flapping wings, which are the birds his flight was imitated. The news of the Wright brothers' flight changed people later for the construction of transport aircraft structures. By 1906, Kolibri I, 7 m long, was completed span, gullwing design, steel tube frame airplane, a 15 hp Equipped with Anzani engine. However, the Hummingbird could not yet take to the air rise, due to poor engine performance and inexperienced pilots.

Was that a kind of swing wing design?.

Interested on the WM 18 biplane fighter.
Specs and powerplant still a mystery though, maybe powered by a Bristol Jupiter?

Is there a 3V drawing of the Lampisch L-2 "Roma" available somewhere?
Thanks in advance,
