I started these designations(of course those that I was able to intuition) and ask if I add these unknown designation.

  Boeing Model 1----aka the B & W Seaplane
  Boeing Model 2----United States Navy two-place training seaplanes Model C-1..., US Army the EA
  Boeing Model 3----Model 2 version with revised cabane struts 
  Boeing Model 4----aka EA landplane version for US Army

Boeing's Model 73 was a small transport project called the Jaybird. It appears in sketch form in one of my Boeing books I think.
