Yet another effort at thrust augmentation that proves that scale test rigs do not always translate to full size vehicles.

No need to buy the book - it was a one-off test article cobbled together from parts of existing aircraft (to save money) to verify the performance given by a small-scale test article, and failed utterly to even produce enough lift to take all of its weight off the harness it was dangling from.

Bought the book on Amazon's "Black Friday" sale. Seriously, if you have the APR articles on the XFV-12A, you have most of what's in the book, and Scott has larger illustrations.
