I hope not to make a mistake. I searched in the the forum, but have not found anything about it. I wanted to bring to your attention an unknow Chinese project of World War II. I don't know the manufacturer, from what I understand, the ariplane don't have an official name but is referred as D-2 fighter. Unfortunately I have not found photos, only a wooden model.

Here is the link where I found the plane:

Thank you for your attention and please forgive me if already exists a topic for the same plane. :D

It's XP-1. Only one was built by guiyang works of first aircraft manufactory, crashed in 1945.1.18. And the other one is XP-0, not X-PO.

Does somebody have a line drawing or sorts of the D-2 Fighter?
Could it be called Chu XP-1?

I found this. Seems to be a pic of the flying thing.

So realistically it should have 4x madsen 20 mm's instead of hispanos.

FWIW, I have this photo in my files without the Chinese writing overlay, as "Yenchu XP-1 fighter"
(with additional mention: only one built by No 1 Aircraft Factory, crashed on take off 1944)
