This topic is dedicated to paper studies and concepts, which are proposed by the US National Research Council.
The following concepts show two "stealthy" strike fighters, one of the them seems to be a STOVL concept.
But I don't see STOVL engine system. Probably just like the Harrier with the Pegasus engine?!
