Type 583V Engine?

Does anyone here have the specs for the RB.168-32D engine proposed for the type 583V?

RB.168 is a Spey. No details of that exact version to hand, however.

If the Type 583V was VTOL, then the RB.168-32D could be a special vectored thrust engine.

If it's the same as proposed for the P1154, then it lacks supersonic components.....
