I found this one on youtube,its rather interesting as evidently the worlds first nuclear reactor disaster took place during the middle of ww2 in germany.

Whats quite astonishing about this experimental reactor was that it had no control system,it had a way to start it but no way of controlling the reactivity once it was started.
