Does Cambodia have anything to contest the RTAF? Not necessarily in the air itself but with regards to SAM Systems and MANPADS

If they have, they either had those positioned poorly for RTAF F-16s to strike with such impunity or are ordered to keep them in inaction still.

I feel like Cambodia could be much more tougher to beat for Thailand if it wasn't for the "interesting" tactics used by the generals of the RCA

Sigh) If I'm not mistaken, Thailand also has a lot of Chinese-made equipment.
Thailand has a lot of ....everybody's equipment.
Thai generals approach arms shopping with the sort of zeal usually reserved for a small child handed a hundred dollar bill and who's been dropped off in the penny candy aisle of a sweet shop.

off the top of my head

Thailand: VT-4 tanks, VN1 apcs, type 85 ifv, DT1 MLRS, SR4 MLRS, 2 submarines, type 071 LPD, the Naresuan and Chao Phraya class frigates, Pattani class.
basically a number of systems in the army and navy, nothing major in their air force.
That being said, they operate way larger numbers of equipment from the US, European countries, South Korea, etc.
They buy from many places as mentioned earlier

Cambodia: almost all their armored vehicles are either from the USSR/Russia and China. Their navy is largely unserviceable but the few active ships they have are also similarly sourced. their air force is very small, with 5 or 6 fixed wing planes, half of which are from China, the others UK/France. They have helicopters that are largely Mil helicopters and Z-9s from China, and maybe 1 or 2 from Europe.

From a geostrategic point of view.. Thailand has a multi-vector foreign policy where it has generally working relations with the US, European countries and China.
Cambodia is primarily in the Chinese orbit, with Chinese presence being strong in some key cities.

Thai OSINT accounts on Facebook have identified the location of a RCA machine gun nest located near the Cambodian-Thai station along the Gulf of Thailand.

This position is right next to the border crossing and the town of Khemara Phoumin.
