TAO - ???

Paul, don't hit me, if I can't use the search engine, but I don't know, what it is. So I can't type something into the search engine window. TAO (in brackets) is written on the root of the vertical tail.

Please help to identify the model (or tell me the SPF thread). Thanks.

Hmm, look between the cockpit and the air intake. Its not the LERX, it seems to me like the part of Mukhamedov´s circled manoeuvring structure, so my tip is Iran and another modification of trainer/light attacker Shafagh/Shafaq.

Mukhamedov was my first thought too, but the the air intake doesn't fit. I believe the abbreviation TAO is the key ... What is the official name of the Tbilisi aircraft plant in Georgia?
