In 1974 during the DARPA sponsored "PROJECT HARVEY", this document could have got you either killed by the U.S. government, or could have fetched $100 million by the KGB. By 2008, much of the technology including faceted "flat plate" design techniques used on vintage stealth aircraft had long been superseded by the next generation of "low observable" prototypes currently in production at AF Plant 42 Palmdale (Lockheed Martin/Boeing/Northrop Grumman). At least nine, and possibly up to 15 manned "black" aircraft programs remain classified, and are not expected to be "dislodged" anytime in the foreseeable future.
