The Roumanian S.E.T. factory build an fighter biplane, in 1933, which is known as the SPAD-SET.
This was only a prototype and to improve the qualities of the SPAD 61.
It was powered by a Lorraine of 450 hp.

This is all the information I have.
Who can help me with more, also drawings/pictures etc.
Thanks
Jan

The AAR's Blériot-SPAD S.61/2 fighters had the 450 hp Lorraine-Dietrich 12Ew but the SPAD-S.E.T. prototype was powered by a 365 hp Armstrong-Siddeley Jaguar IIIA.

The Jaguar 14-cylinder radial was specified for a number of AAR contests. Aircraft intended for the AAR with Jaguar engines include the Avia BH-28 recce prototype, Siskin III fighter (65 ordered but cancelled) Fokker D.XVI fighter (won contest but no order), the first 50 SET 7 trainers, etc.

Basic specs for the SPAD-S.E.T. are as follows:
Wingspan: 9.60 m; wing area: 21.46 m2; length: 6.78 m; height: 2.90 m, max speed: 201 km/h; ceiling: 6000 m; weight: 1530 kg
