Hi,

I can't ID this Saro unknown four-engined giant flying boat project,maybe it
was the company proposal for R3/38 ?.

I think that this is most likely just advertising conceptual artwork as the aircraft style is unlike any known Saro new project design from this time. None, for example, had sponsons.
Saro tendered variations of their S.38 design to R3/38 (issued shortly before this advertisement was published) and its replacements but this does not look like a civil conversion.
