Hi Everyone!

Presented here is information on the Phoenix-Aviatekhnika LKhS-4 Light Utility Transport. This aircraft was intended for commuter, air-taxi and other local tasks throughout Russia.
(Phoenix-Aviatekhnika was a joint-stock company formed in Moscow in 1991.)
