I suspect this is the Dits-Moineau design shown in the following post by Hesham, https://www.secretprojects.co.uk/threads/little-known-french-projects-and-prototypes.15821/page-14 answer 557Hi. In l'Aeronautique № 7 1923 p. 273 the avionnette "Dits-Moineau X" is mentioned.
She was announced for the Grand Prix du "Petit Parisien", but failed to participate.
It's flying wing. May be it never was finished.

Done!Since only three of 12 posts here are about the Dits Moineau hydravion colonial , might I suggest that this topic be renamed something like René Moineau Aircraft Projects?
Charpentier had several interesting projects, but only one actual airplane built that I know of, the Charpentier C.1 of 1935.Since years, I have this photo, found at the Le Bourget Musée de l'air's archives, in the file "Jean Charpentier"...
The Simplex Moto-Aviette still seems a pretty good bet, but it could very well be the Moineau (similar wing shape and struts).I was wondering if it was a Louis de Monge design or the Simplex Moto-aviette. But I think now that it is a photo of the Dits-Moineau Type X with Sergant engine ?
Interesting. I had that airplane wrongly listed with "Moineau" as its name (the word "moineau" means sparrow in French), but the item you shared proves that it was the name of the designer. And I do believe it's the same individual, although we need proof of that. Also, a "R. Moineau" also designed the Clément Racer presented at the Paris Air Show 1919 (BTW I am looking for a real top view drawing of that particular Racer...). Was him the same "R. Moineau" than René?
As I know,Mr. Rene Moineau had a seaplane biplane design to this competition ?.
