I don't see any way for the Loyal Wingman types to be that cheap. Not when they're likely to be packing the same sensors as the 5gen fighters.

The EW birds and Penetrating Ground Attack birds probably are, they can't really do the mission without it. The Recon/BDA probably isn't packing the full sensor suite of a 5gen but is packing close to half of it, and the flying magazine doesn't have to but could to act as a decoy emitter for the manned 5gen.

I should note that I expect the Loyal Wingman drones to run through a lot of different types really quickly, like the Century Series fighters did.

It looks exactly like a Jet Banshee apart from that the jet engines are on the outside? And I suppose it's painted black instead of orange. Just weird
