...From the guys of Nortrup's B-2 Division at Pico Rivera
Y-60A Helicruiser designation as I assume is truly fictional

Interesting! Any further info on the concept?

The designation is very much fictional... although it says "Y - 60" not "YH-60"

Could be a double entendre' as in Why UH-60?

Well, no hard technical data available on the project, it was probably just brain training with multiply concepts studied and choosing preferable 'ultimate VTOL' with different size/cargo/speed options. Meanwhile, following could be of help...

AIAA-1991-3120: Is that a "paper", a "report", or could it be part of the AIAA Journal? I ask because I've seen many references like this on this forum and I'd like to know how to go about finding them.

These are AIAA papers - they can be separate publications, some are appearing first in AIAA Journal, and reprinted as stand-alone papers.
They can be searched and purchased here http://aiaa.org/content.cfm?pageid=2
Some of reports available for free at other places on the net, such as NASA web-sites
