I would assume I am stating the obvious that it is a command vehicle - based on a modified commercial vehicle.

Two little domes under the "bedframe" aerial suggest to me some form of upward facing aerial like either for satelite uplink or for missile telemetry or even for tracking inbound mortar shells?

The Vehicle in the picture is a CXL02 border patrol vehicle, and it is baised on EQ2102 Chassis. These vehicles are not for front line operation.
