It seems to be a Burnelli concept with over the wing/fuselage blowing engines
to produce a STOL effect.
Maybe a variant of the two engined Burnelli GB-108..

It was Boeing Model-754.

Only two engines.

Is this Boeing 3-engined, slightly asymmetric?

I've no other sources about this Boeing design, but it clearly is asymmetric, as
the third engine is on hte right hand side of the flight deck.
