That is NOT a "NASA advanced counter rotating disc wing aircraft." That is the "Modus Verticraft," which is simply *referenced* in the paper you provided a link to.

But it is completely different from the earlier helicopter !,and may be NASA develope it.

Hesham, please READ the PDF you are linking to. It is clearly written in caption that the drawing comes from Reference 1, which is the paper on Modus.
