Mystery model... possibly 1973 General Electric Deflected Thrust design

I'm thinking it's a weird mutant Grumman G-623, with an entirely different tail. Can anyone nail this down with any certainty?

Could it be related to the Northrop export interceptor shown in ASP1? It had podded engine blended with the wing, and that tail looks 50s-ish.

Certainly looks like the same design. thanks! However, the reference seems to suggest that the *original* reference comes from General Electric, not NASA.
