i found on this on a Spain space Blog

information of a Soyuz for 6-8 Astronauts
proposed by Rockwell international

it use 2 or 3 Soyuz return capsules with orbital section and Soyuz manover module

is real or just fiction ?

It should be only a proposal, did some times ago.

Essentially it is a stretched Soyuz service module, topped by two flanked Soyuz Re-entry modules, also topped by a TKS-VA module (perhaps with double entry hatches in the heatshield).

Frankly I really don't understand the real use for this odd configuration.... ???
 
It's an image from patent - not a fiction, but just one of weird preliminary ideas from Energiya (not Rockwell) according to Igor Afanasyev. Nothing serious to give it attention.

To save full ISS crew using existing hardware as much as possible, of course.

Oh...Ok Flat, now I understand.
This is one of several ISS-emergency-systems elaborated in the last years...
