The expulsion of soviet advisors from Egypt took occurrence ostensibly because the Soviets had refused to sell him a number of weapons, among these, was the legendary MiG-25 Foxbat. However the EAF Mig-21 pilots used the same pressure suits issued to Foxbat pilots, any explaination?

The Egyptians were expected to fight at high altitude under GC directions, to be able to cope with Mirage IIIs and so on. Cold hard reality meant that survival against Israeli fighters meant low level flight. I did read somewhere that the high altitude suit offered better G tolerance than the legs-only G pants.
