The coldest weather I've ever experienced was in Florida in early 1978. We chilled a production F-15A down to -40F/-40C and tested it to duplicate operational problems encountered in Alaska. That's me (a 22-yo McDonnell flight test engineer) under the inlet with my hands in my pockets, while the guys that knew what they were doing parked the airplane prior to the tests.

Is there an altitude and speed where the warming of an airframe at speed cancels out cold air aloft such that you would at least be at room temperature as flesh was stripped away?

At some point, the early Universe was about room temperature and at sea level pressure--though not both at once
