Unidentified Supersonic Seaplane

I just stumbled across three files about a six engine supersonic seaplane study on the NTRS that looks like nothing I've ever seen. Any takers on identifying it.

Interesting design! But there doesn't seem to be any hint of a manufacturer behind the design. Possibly just a generic design emanating from NACA. This being said, the model is supposed to represent an aircraft to be powered by "six Orenda
Iroquois PS-15 turbojet engines" (see p.4), and that points to a Canadian more than American project, doesn't it?

I've added links to the other two documents to the OP. Due to the size (19 & 48mb) and the fact that I'm on dial-up I've not looked at either of these yet.
