Well the USAF could have the C-130Hs refurbished and refitted with the NP2000 propellors and offer them second-hand to foreign customers.
Lockheed-Martin needs to be publicly called on it.
USAF's doing, not Lockheed-Martin's.
Foreign customers could buy those C-130Hs, then have them pay for refurbishing the aircraft themselves.

That or passing on the cost of the refurbishing to said foreign customer, basically a FMS.

Within the scope of the ongoing efforts regarding the procurement of 12 C-130J aircraft from the United Kingdom, the aforementioned aircraft have been delivered to the relevant company for maintenance and modernization.

I am very keen to obtain a good quality three view of the Lockheed L-100-50 (60?) stretch Hercules. I know there was one on this site, from Air Enthusiast or Air International, but the image is small. And, i do not have that particular copy, either. Does anyone have a good 3-view of this aircraft? Thanks.

Shows off the "Wide-Body STOL (short takeoff and landing) (WBS) and the improved Volume, Loadability and Speed aircraft (VLS)" proposals as well as the L-100/L-100-20/L-100-30/L-100-50/L-100-60 various stretches. L-100-60 mentions new engine, perhaps a rehash of the GL-207 "Super Hercules" with the T61 engine? *Note the L-100-60 is shown twice, but I think it's a typo with L-100-50 capable of 9 cargo pallets.

I also did not realize than many of the L-100s ordered were the stretched L-100-20, including the HTTB model!

It is this Lockheed L-100-60 that i am searching for a 3-view version of. I know that a 3-view appeared in 'Air Internationa' magazine (or related mag), but i have been completely unsuccessful in my efforts to find a copy of said magazine. Can anyone help with finding this magazine or a good copy of the 3-view?
