Not exactly a manufacturer designation system (the manufacturer is listed, and asterisk indicated possible overlap of designations). If an aircraft type isn't provided, it should be assumed that these are sea-planes (typically two seat).
If anyone can help figure out what aircraft types were involved (or point me to a good reference) it would be appreciated.

Just a little over 12 years late to the party ... Sorry @Avimimus, I've only just seen this post for the first time!

Your list are k.u.k. Seeflugzeug nummern applied as individual airframe identifiers assigned to k.u.k. Seefliegerkorps aircraft. For the earliest aircraft, two presentation styles appear to have existed side-by-side - eg: Marineflieger III (with Roman numeral) and k.u.k. Seeflugzeug Nr.3 (with Arabic numeral).

Below, I'll list the identities of the ones that I have to hand (including some specs from my Oeffag designation lists [1]):

1 – Mickl / Arsenal floatplane

Mickl Nr. 1 - 1912 experimental land/floatplane 2-seat biplane; x 1
- Mickl Nr. 1 : Unequal-span, 2-bay biplane; very shallow fuselage
- Mickl Nr. 1 : 1 x 40 hp Austro-Daimler 4-cylinder;* span (??) m
-- * Driving a raised, 3-bladed propeller (using belt or chain drive?)
- Mickl Nr. 1 : Built at Mickl's assignment, k.u.k. Marinearsenal Pola
- Mickl Nr. 1 : Desig. from k.u.k. Seeflugzeug Nr. 1 serial number

2 – Farman / Arsenal

Curtiss-Farman ... 85 hp Hiero, then 65 hp Daimler. Probably a reference to a Curtiss-Farman Biplane on twin pontoons (with a third, tail stabiliser float).

3 – Lohner Pfeilflieger (land plane)

Lohner Pfeilflieger - 1912 2-seat 'arrow-wing' biplane; x 1
- Pfeilflieger: Ing. Karl Paulal deriv. of Igo Etrich's design
- Pfeilflieger: Unequal-spanned, overhung 3-bay wings
- Pfeilflieger: 1 x 120 hp Daimler 6-cylinder;* span (??) m
-- * Chain-driving high mounted propeller suitable to floats
- Pfeilflieger: Orig. tested on wheels; floats intended
-- Note: Pfeilflieger is a description rather than a name

4 – Warchalowski

Warchalowski Type XI - 1912 floatplane for k.u.k. Kriegsmarine; x 1
- Type XI : Twin-float seaplane; 2-bay biplane; angled outer struts
- Type XI : 1 x 85-90 hp H&P Hieronimus 4-cylinder;* span 15.00 m
-- * Nose mounted engine offset to stbd; shaft/gear-driven pusher
-- * Werner & Pfleiderer was then an Austrian engineering company
- Type XI : Side-by-side 2-seater; nose
- Type XI : 1st flew 25 July 1912 (on wheels from Wiener-Neustadt)
-- As a Pole, Adolf Warchalowski was denied further military work**
-- ** His final a/c design was completed by Josef Sablatnig in 1912

5–6 – Lohner

Lohner Pfeilflieger - 1912 2-seat 'arrow-wing' biplane; x 2
- Pfeilflieger: Central float variation on Seeflugzeug Nr.3
- Pfeilflieger: 1 x 120 hp Austro-Daimler 6; span 16.40 m
-- Seeflugzeug Nr.5 never accepted by k.u.k. Seefliegerkorps
-- Seeflugzeug Nr.6 served until Aug 1914; scrapped 1915

7 – Arsenal floatplane [...]
E16 – Lohner Eineinhalbdecker

Mickl Nr. 4 - 1913 2-seat recce-fighter 2-bay biplane flying boat; x 1
- Mickl Nr. 4 : aka Lohner E; joint project w/ Igo Etrich & Karl Paulal
- Mickl Nr. 4 : After mods, served as prototype for Lohner E (x ~40)
- Mickl Nr. 4 : k.u.k. nr. E 16; 1 x 100 hp Gnome; later Hiero 85 HP

8 – Donnet / Leveque

Donnet-Lévêque (FBA) Type A - 2-seat pusher flying boat
- FBA Type A : Single-bay biplane; lower tips outriggers
- FBA Type A : 80 hp Gnome Monosoupape; span 13.71 m

9 – Curtiss

No details; presumably a Curtiss Hydroplane; also seen as 'Curtiss-Farman'

10–12 – Donnet / Leveque

Donnet-Lévêque (FBA) Type A or C - 2-seat flying boat
- FBA Type C : 2-bay biplane wing; outriggers on lower tips
-- NB: Not the same as the French Type C with Clerget 9B
-- Nr.10: 1 x 50 hp Gnome rotary engine; span 13.71 m
-- Nr.11: 1 x 50 hp Gnome rotary engine; span 13.71 m
-- Nr.12: 1 x 80 hp Gnome Monosoupape; span 13.71 m

13 – Not deliverd / not used
14 – Sanchez / Besa floatplane

Sánchez Besa - 1913 2-seat pusher floatplane;* x 1
- Sánchez Besa: Equal-span 3-bay wings; twin rudder
- Sánchez Besa: 1 x 100 hp Gnome Monosoupape 7
-- Comparisons made to one-off Bathiat-Sánchez
-- José Luis Sánchez Besa was a Chilean living in France
-- * But some sources described it as "a flying boat"

15 – Curtiss

No details; also seen as a "Curtiss/Paulhan Curtiss".

The Paulhan Curtiss was an improved Curtiss-style pusher floatplane. Many were powered by an 80 hp Curtiss engine - perhaps explaining the repetition in "Curtiss/Paulhan Curtiss"? As a slight irony, Lt Louis Paulhan later flew with French forces against Austro-Hungary on the Serbian front during WW1.

G1–G3 – Mickl / Albatros – four seat
G4–G12 – Mickl / Oeffag – four seat

Oeffag G - (Großflugzeug) 1916 long-range flying boat; x 10
- Oeffag G : aka Mickl Typ G : aka Oeffag G; aka Oeffag-Mickl G
- Oeffag G : Biplane wings; varing tail layouts; 3 x pusher props
- Oeffag G : 3 x 6-cylinder inline engine pushers; span 24.36 m
-- G1 - G3: 3 x 200 hp Hiero 6; biplane tail w/ triple rudders
-- G3 fit with nose-mounted 66 mm Skoda 7 cm L/18 C95 gun
-- G4 - G7: 3 x 250 hp Austro-Daimler 6-cyl.; biplane tails
-- G8 - G9: 3 x 310 hp Hiero 6; monoplane tail; single rudder
-- G10-G11: k.u.k. Kriegsmarine serials, unfinished airframes
-- G12: As per G8 & G9 except w/ 3 x 250 hp Austro-Daimlers

A105–A106 – Mickl / Phönix – Single seat?
A119–A130 – Mickl / Phönix – Single seat?
A131–A155 – Mickl / Phönix – Single seat?

Mikl Type A100 - 1918 biplane pusher fighter flying boat; x 17
- Type A100 : Phoenix Flugzeug-Werke built; aka Phoenix Typ II
- Type A100 : Single-seat, single-bay biplane; 1 x mg in nose
- Type A100 : 1 x Hiero 200/230 HP 6-cylinder; span (??) m
- Type A2.100: 1918 A100 devel. with Hiero 240 HP 6-cyl.; x 1

K150–K162 – Weichmann / Albatros – Two seat
K163–K167 – Weichmann/ UFAG
K185–K186 – Weichmann / ÖFFAG

I have k.u.k. Seeflugzeuge number K 150 as being assigned to the Oeffag for their prototype Weichmann K. I'm not sure which is accurate. Anyway, K 150 through K 162 were all Weichmann K flying boats. Eg:

Oeffag K - 1916; Theodor Weichmann K flying boats; x 13
- Oeffag K : Weichmann (Oeffag) K; k.u.k. Kriegsmarine
- Oeffag K : prototype + 12 x production examples built
- Oeffag K : prototype; serial K 150; delivered 09 July 1916
-- prototype: 1 x Austro-Daimler 160 HP 6-cyl.; span 16.00 m
- Oeffag K : K 158 (k.u.k. serial); production prototype; x 1
- Oeffag K : K 158; 1 x Austro-Daimler 185 HP 6-cylinder
- Oeffag K : K 186-K 193; series; Austro-Daimler 160 HP
- Oeffag K : K 194-K 196; series; Austro-Daimler 185 HP
- Oeffag K : Served Poland postwar as the Weichmann K

For the Weichmann Ks, the Austro-Daimler 160 HP was the most common powerplant (regardless of the airframe maker) but K 152 to K 154 had 160 hp Mercedes D.III while K 155 to K 160 had Rapp Rp 175.

K301–K302 – Weichmann/ UFAG
K303–K304 – Weichmann / Albatros – Three seat
[...]
K423–K424 – Weichmann / OEFFAG – Three seat

The above were all enlarged, more powerful Weichman KG (Type K Groß) flying boats powered by 1 x 300 hp or 350 hp Austro-Daimler V12 pushers.

R1–R2 – Mickl / ÖFFAG – Three seat – *
R301–R302 – Mickl / ÖFFAG – Three seat

Oeffag R - 1918 3-seat long-range recce flying boat; x 2
- Oeffag R : Mickl-designed 2-bay biplane; pusher propeller
- Oeffag R : 1 x Austro-Daimler 345 HP engine; span (??) m
- Oeffag R : k.u.k. Seeflugzeuge R1 & R2 (later R301 & R302)
- Oeffag F : Recatagorised Typ R; became serials F1 and F2

S31–S60 – OEFFAG

This one is confusing. The S 31-S 60 nummern were assigned to the Lohner Type S. This was a 2-seat trainer derivative of the Lohner Type L. Production of these Schulflugboot was divided between Lohner and UFAG ... but I don't recall ever seeing Oeffag being mentioned in this context.
