I think there was also a fair amount of commonality/ overlap with Romania’s Lancer upgrade program (Israeli firms were Romania’s partners on that).

They had a similar upgrade for the F-5 used by Chile and Morocco. MFD color was optional. I’m actually looking for any sort of documentation on either if anyone comes by it.

In 1998, six MiG-21bis izdeliye 75A and one MiG-21UM were purchased from Poland by Uganda. One Bis crashed soon after delivery, the others were upgraded by IAI.

The Elta EL-2032 radar and the Elop 921 HUD are the same. But the integrators were Elbit/Aerostar, with the upgrade performed in Romania at Aerostar, not in Israel.

It also includes the DASH helmet, and the layout of the cockpit is also different.
