is that project really or fake?

Just a VTOL testbed, no aircraft.

and may I ask you,was that company designed any aircraft projects
after WW2 ?.

This wasn't in any sense an aircraft project - it was a research project of a mobile working platform for accessing high locations by Shohei Niwa and Masayuki Suzuki, from the Department of Aeronautical Engineering, Nagoya University. Hitachi Zosen supplied the ducted fans.
