Hi,

here is a tailless pusher monoplane of 1914,designed by Harry Herzog and Cortland S. Parker
of Brooklyn,N.Y.,I don't know if this airplane actually built or not;

Not really "tail-less" because it has a canard surface for pitch stability. Weight and balance looks within reason.
Roll stability would be almost neutral because of no dihedral.
Longitudinal stability would also be near neutral because of small vertical fins too close to the aerodynamic center.
IOW stability and control about average for 1914.
