As far as I know, this is either a Roland 2c, Roland 3 or a Roland M3S in Bundeswehr markings.
The Bundeswehr does not actually have these in service and this is the only image i can find of this 4 rail system for Germany.
If anyone has any information about whether or not this was trialled or etc, I'd love to know.
