Someone reported seeing them taking off with a 45deg bank angle before entangling the rotor with a tree. If that's true, it could point toward a jammed cyclic or material failure. I checked the METAR (afterward) and weather seemed good.

More importantly (regarding Dassault-Aviation saga obviously and not anything else), O.D was also the only heir with an outlook on Dassault-Aviation's CEO position and an ever plausible return at the head of the company.
