Question One
Since I am aware that some J-75's had, at the least, a minimum afterburner setting in addition to a full-burner setting -- the F-106 being an example of this. With that said, did the F-105's engines have a minimum afterburner setting, or have multiple afterburner settings?

Question Two
Considering the F-105 was said to have the ability to run for unusually long periods of time at supersonic speeds at low altitudes, how far exactly could an F-105 typically run in terms of range or endurance?

Plenty of details often overlooked or forgotten in this great, authentic and humble video (more and more a scarcity in aviation related YouTube sphere).

I like in particular the low frontal RCS, the flaps backup mode to drive pitch (and roll?), the hidden shock cone in the inlet, the extra drag from the wing plate... Enjoy!
