Question One
Since I am aware that some J-75's had, at the least, a minimum afterburner setting in addition to a full-burner setting -- the F-106 being an example of this. With that said, did the F-105's engines have a minimum afterburner setting, or have multiple afterburner settings?
Question Two
Considering the F-105 was said to have the ability to run for unusually long periods of time at supersonic speeds at low altitudes, how far exactly could an F-105 typically run in terms of range or endurance?
