Is that a real project or just an exercice of conceptual art?

I suspect it is conceptual art for where technology might have helicopters fifteen years on.

It is real my dear Pometablava,please see Jane's all the world's aircraft 1995-1996.
 
I think that small rotor above the main is some sort of radar (you can see pulse lines at the tips). Think it was mentioned in a issue of Flight International a few years back.

While I have no doubt that Eurocopter is very busy in the R&D department, I still believe that the art shown is very much conceptual.

Busy on the X3 by the looks of it, possibly a highly modified AW101 Merlin?
