DTIC: is it just me?

For some time now, whenever I go to DTIL.mil, all I end up with is a blank screen. Anyone getting anything different?

Try discover.dtic.mil.

Up until your reply, whenever I went to dtic.mil it bounced over to discover.dtil.mil... and gave me a blank screen. *Now* it works. Feh.

I got a blankscreen too, and sometime it just showing "timeout" screen. Apparently for some reason my ISP blocked it O-O. Trying to access it on public WIFI center with different ISP solves matter.

That's a certificate problem. Chrome seems to have issues with certain US Government Certificate Authorities.

You generally can click through by hitting the Advanced button and then Proceed to Website.
