Of all the Dornier aircraft I've seen, this one is pretty strange. Submitted in 1934 and awarded the patent in 1937, I would love to see what this plane looked like as a whole since the patent only has the side-view cut-away illustrations. Weird! ;D

Same here. The patent mentions it works much like a autogyro but still.... Pity that the patent doesn't include any further illustrations as it is hard to tell from this how the main wing would have looked.
