It's the Boulton Paul P-90, submitted against Specification B12/36.

Span 100 ft
Length 77 ft 3 in
Max Weight 47,922 lbs
Powerplant 4 x RR Kestrel KV.26 or Napier Dagger
Max Speed 290 mph @ 15,000 ft
