The "Big Triplex" series was a new series of postwar heavy artillery for the Soviet Army designed by NII-58. These were the 180mm S-23, 210mm S-33, and 280mm S-43, which shared a common gun carriage. The S-23 entered service with the Soviet Army around 1955 and was exported to Syria where they were used extensively in various conflicts with Israel. The S-33 and -43 were not adopted.

I have found a few photos of these and the similar S-72 and -73, which were 210mm and 305mm pieces.
