So, here’s the story:
A coples years ago, befor the War, I ordered in rus mil arhives a copy of some files based on a specific range, and it turns out that stuff was actually in there. It looks like nobody knew it existed, and it probably ended up there by mistake, bcose this doc had nothing to do with the papers in which it was located.
I've studied sov piston marine aviation quite a bit, but I'm never hear about this project. Corner stamp says: 1936, Plant No. 31 (this is the aircraft plant in Taganrog), MBR-6 (TsKB-MS-5), designer Samsonov, director Beriev.
