The Be-101 light amphibian is intended for commercial and non-commercial operations.

The aircraft will be certified in compliance with Russian airworthiness regulations AP-23, Europe CS-23 and U.S. FAR-23.

The amphibian is equipped with piston engine IO-550-N (Teledyne Continental Motors, USA), 310 h.p. takeoff power, with pushing propeller MTV-9 (MT-Propeller, Germany).
