For sure they are Loon missiles, essentially an American copy (bolt by bolt) of the original German Fieseler V1.
Both USAAC and US Navy tried out to get an operational missile and, after several hundreds were produced, non of them were operative used....

B-17 G-105-BO (43-39119) served as launch ship for JB-2 "Thunderbug" missiles airborne test from 2 March to 17 April 1945 at Eglin Field.
Of the ten launches made, only four were succesful.
