ID of "parasite"?

Found this photo filed under "L" misc photos, nothing on back. The "parasite' aircraft seems to be decades newer than the "parent" aircraft. Any ideas? I can see it still has a full landing gear.

The Languedoc first flew in 1939. The Leduc shown on top of it was very early fifties IIRC.

Uh, didn't that remarkable prototype have an ejectable cockpit, like an F-111 ?

Photo appears to have been taken the same day as the first color photo in the Leduc thread, referenced. Thank you, all :)
 
There was a later variant of the leduc 022 that had two piston engines so it could take off under its own power.
