Hughes Aircraft ceased to exist when it was merged into Raytheon back in 1997. The Tucson missile plant became Raytheon Missile Systems. RMS, in turn, became Raytheon Missiles & Defense in a Raytheon Technologies divisions merger in Jan 2023. Then, in July 2023, RMD was subsumed into Collins Aerospace in the RTX corporate reorganisation.
