Which one is the HM.2

The photos refer all to the same aircraft?
The first one seems more like a sort of Hunting Percival, while the other one are reminiscent of more Bf-108 like.

No they don't.
As the names imply, pic "hm-1" shows a Huarte Mendicoa HM-1 trainer.
Pic "2" shows a INTA HM-2 from Instituto Nacional de Técnica Aeronáutica

After reading the information on aviationcorner.net I found out that the aeroplane on these pictures are the same.
The one with the high fuselage in the aeroplane in its first version later its modified to a fuselage and cockpit cap just like the HM.1b (EE-14)
The cockpit cap of the first version opened just like the Messerschmitt
