Thoughts:

Are we looking at a model, or a full-sized aircraft? I tend to think model. It seems to have very full-sized features, however.

The propeller looks very odd, seems heavy and lumpy, the idea of blowing over the rear wing is intriguing.

The rear wing appears to be set up for warping? also swept back - why?

The fuselage looks boat-inspirted, like an antoinette. The tail seems quite modern and functional for the day.

Intriguing design. I'm guessing it never went anywhere either due to lack of power or poor handling.
