65 Ton Breguet Surveillance Flying Boat Project

So there is this large, unnamed flying boat project studied by Breguet in 1953 that I came across. It is designated simply as "65 ton seaplane for exploration and reconnaissance", so I assume it never got far. Was to use the same wings as the Breguet 763, but this was later changed. As the name would suggest, had a weight of 65 tonnes. 44 meter wingspan, 34 meter length and 13 meter height. Rest is unknown.
